When do I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered by Bpost within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Belgium). For some countries this may be DHL, Colissimo or another parcel deliverer. If you are not present at the time of home delivery, you can pick up the package at the stated postal point. Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
In which countries do we deliver?
We deliver in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and all other countries in Europe.
