What requirements must an item meet in order to be able to return it?
We can only accept your shipment if it meets the following conditions:
- The return must be made 14 days after the date of purchase.
- The article may not have been opened and/or used.
- The original packaging is not damaged.
- The product is still in perfect condition.
- Products purchased with a discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
You can only return the product if these conditions have been met.
How can I return a product?
Babeurre accepts the return by parcel or post of an item purchased on babeurre.com if it is returned within 2 (two) weeks from the date of receipt of the order by the buyer.
The shipping costs of the return package remain at the expense of the buyer.
To return a product, the buyer must follow these instructions:
Use the original packaging to return the product(s).
Send the package to the following address:

Any risk related to the return of the product is borne by the buyer.
When will I receive a refund?
You will be notified by email as soon as we have received your return. We will refund the item within 30 working days of receipt.
